Comunidad de Turing:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bfCree que existe una barrera cultural para promover Scrum en China?<\/p>\n

\n

Schwaber:<\/strong>\u00a0No m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil que otras culturas. La clave para que una cultura pueda aceptar y utilizar Scrum es el grado de confianza en la previsibilidad.<\/p>\n

Las personas que entienden y aceptan la previsibilidad en la cultura creer\u00e1n que pueden predecir el futuro. El prop\u00f3sito de su trabajo es hacer que el futuro se convierta en una realidad tangible mediante el uso de personas y recursos.<\/p>\n

Las personas que usan Scrum tienen esta visi\u00f3n, y la complejidad y creatividad del desarrollo de software es impredecible. El resultado es terrible: software malo, no puede mantenerse al ritmo del progreso, dinero desperdiciado y trabajadores desmotivados. Por eso saben que lo m\u00e1s importante es predecir cu\u00e1l es la verdadera demanda, hacer que los empleados la reconozcan, y luego hacer todo lo posible para ayudar a las personas a alcanzar esta meta. El n\u00facleo del camino de Scrum es “hay algo que hacer”, aprovechar las oportunidades, evitar obst\u00e1culos y volverse \u00e1gil.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
