De m\u00eame, l&#8217;\u00e9largissement de la port\u00e9e exige g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une augmentation correspondante du budget et du d\u00e9lai. R\u00e9duire le budget sans ajuster le d\u00e9lai ou la port\u00e9e entra\u00eene une baisse de qualit\u00e9. Toutefois, en pratique, les compromis entre contraintes ne sont pas toujours possibles. Par exemple, investir davantage de fonds (et de personnes) dans un projet dot\u00e9 de ressources abondantes peut en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ralentir le progr\u00e8s. En outre, dans les projets mal performants, am\u00e9liorer le budget, le planning ou la port\u00e9e sans nuire n\u00e9gativement \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 est souvent impossible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, le triangle de fer traditionnel est clairement insuffisant comme mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9ussite d&#8217;un projet, car il n\u00e9glige des dimensions cl\u00e9s du succ\u00e8s, notamment l&#8217;impact sur les parties prenantes, l&#8217;apprentissage et la satisfaction des utilisateurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<h2 id=\"agile-iron-triangle-a-paradigm-shift\">Triangle de fer Agile \u2013 Un changement de paradigme<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<p>Dans l&#8217;approche traditionnelle, le triangle a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&#8217;aspect de celui de gauche illustr\u00e9 ci-dessous. Comme vous pouvez le voir, les exigences du produit ont une port\u00e9e fixe. Par cons\u00e9quent, pour garantir que le produit livre toutes les fonctionnalit\u00e9s requises, nous devons disposer d&#8217;une certaine flexibilit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de ressources (et de budget) et de d\u00e9lai (date limite). Si nous devons absolument que le produit inclue la liste compl\u00e8te des fonctionnalit\u00e9s d\u00e9crites dans la sp\u00e9cification initiale des exigences, nous pourrions devoir retarder la date de mise en production de plusieurs mois ou plus.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<p>Dans le sens Agile, il existe un d\u00e9lai fixe (dans Scrum, cela est obtenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.visual-paradigm.com\/scrum\/what-is-time-boxing-in-scrum\/\">sprints \u00e0 dur\u00e9e fixe<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visual-paradigm.com\/scrum\/what-is-sprint-in-scrum\/\">sprints<\/a>et ressources fixes). Par cons\u00e9quent, lorsque les choses ne se d\u00e9roulent pas comme pr\u00e9vu, la port\u00e9e doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duite.
