Oleh karena itu, tim Agile menggunakan teknik perkiraan kolaboratif untuk memperkirakan beban kerja. Peserta memiliki latar belakang dan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visual-paradigm.com\/scrum\/what-are-the-three-scrum-roles\/\">peran<\/a>, dan proyek perangkat lunak tersebut telah diimplementasikan sebelumnya. Setiap tim membahas dan menggabungkan pengetahuan mereka untuk mencapai satu perkiraan bersama.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<p>Hasil: Perkiraan berdasarkan diskusi kelompok lebih akurat dibandingkan perkiraan individu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<h3 id=\"steps-for-playing-planning-poker\">Langkah-langkah Bermain Planning Poker<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Setiap anggota tim menerima satu set kartu yang berisi: 0, 0,5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40, ?, \u221e \u2014 total 12 kartu.<\/li>\n<li>Tim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visual-paradigm.com\/scrum\/what-is-project-owner-role-in-scrum\/\">Product Owner<\/a>membacakan deskripsi cerita pengguna atau fitur kepada tim.<\/li>\n<li>Anggota tim membahas fitur dan mengajukan pertanyaan kepada Product Owner jika diperlukan.<\/li>\n<li>Setelah diskusi, setiap anggota memilih kartu yang mewakili perkiraan mereka dan mengungkapkannya secara bersamaan.<\/li>\n<li>Jika perkiraan berbeda secara signifikan, tim membahas: Apakah kita setuju? Faktor apa yang terlewat? Orang dengan perkiraan tertinggi atau terendah harus menjelaskan alasan mereka sebelum putaran pemungutan suara berikutnya.<\/li>\n<li>Setelah diskusi, tim dapat melalui putaran lain hingga tercapai kesepakatan.<\/li>\n<li>Kembali ke langkah 2 dan mulai memperkirakan item backlog berikutnya.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<h2 id=\"estimating-size-not-time-using-relative-estimation\">Memperkirakan Ukuran, Bukan Waktu \u2014 Menggunakan Perkiraan Relatif Daripada Perkiraan Absolut<\/h2>\n<p>Perkiraan hanyalah tebakan yang berdasarkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman.
