O \u00c1gil, por outro lado, enfatiza trabalho em equipe, colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o cliente e flexibilidade.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<p>O \u00c1gil rejeita o gerenciamento tradicional de projetos como tedioso, restritivo e inadequado para o mundo moderno acelerado. O gerenciamento de projetos \u00c1gil \u00e9 iterativo, com o objetivo de integrar continuamente o feedback do usu\u00e1rio e lan\u00e7amentos cont\u00ednuos em cada itera\u00e7\u00e3o de desenvolvimento, conforme mostrado acima. Cada resultado de tarefa \u00e9 um produto que voc\u00ea vende aos interessados. O desenvolvimento \u00e1gil de software reconhece que as mudan\u00e7as s\u00e3o inevit\u00e1veis e que investir pesadamente em planejamento inicial \u00e9 impratic\u00e1vel. Da mesma forma, expandir o escopo geralmente exige um aumento correspondente no or\u00e7amento e no prazo. Reduzir o or\u00e7amento sem ajustar o prazo ou o escopo leva a uma queda na qualidade. No entanto, na pr\u00e1tica, os trade-offs entre restri\u00e7\u00f5es nem sempre s\u00e3o vi\u00e1veis. Por exemplo, investir mais recursos (e pessoas) em um projeto com recursos abundantes pode, na verdade, retardar o progresso. Al\u00e9m disso, em projetos mal executados, melhorar or\u00e7amento, cronograma ou escopo sem impactar negativamente a qualidade \u00e9 frequentemente imposs\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<p>Assim sendo, o Tri\u00e2ngulo de Ferro tradicional \u00e9 claramente insuficiente como modelo para o sucesso do projeto, pois ignora dimens\u00f5es-chave do sucesso, incluindo o impacto dos interessados, aprendizado e satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do usu\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<h2 id=\"agile-iron-triangle-a-paradigm-shift\">Tri\u00e2ngulo de Ferro \u00c1gil \u2013 Uma Mudan\u00e7a de Paradigma<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<p>Na abordagem tradicional, o tri\u00e2ngulo geralmente tem a apar\u00eancia da figura \u00e0 esquerda mostrada abaixo. Como voc\u00ea pode ver, os requisitos do produto t\u00eam um escopo fixo. Portanto, para garantir que o produto entregue todas as funcionalidades necess\u00e1rias, precisamos de flexibilidade em nossos recursos (e or\u00e7amento) e no cronograma (prazo). Se precisarmos absolutamente que o produto inclua a lista completa de funcionalidades descritas na especifica\u00e7\u00e3o inicial de requisitos, talvez precisemos adiar a data de lan\u00e7amento em meses ou mais.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl-preview-section\">\n<p>No sentido \u00e1gil, h\u00e1 um prazo fixo (no Scrum, isso \u00e9 alcan\u00e7ado por meio de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.visual-paradigm.com\/scrum\/what-is-time-boxing-in-scrum\/\">tempo limitado<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visual-paradigm.com\/scrum\/what-is-sprint-in-scrum\/\">Sprints<\/a>e recursos fixos). Portanto, quando as coisas n\u00e3o saem como planejado, o escopo deve ser reduzido.
