class=\"p1\"><b>\u500b\u4eba\u8207\u4e92\u52d5\u52dd\u65bc\u6d41\u7a0b\u8207\u5de5\u5177<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u5982\u524d\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u7576\u654f\u6377\u5ba3\u8a00\u767c\u5e03\u6642\uff0c\u5b83\u6311\u6230\u4e86\u91cd\u578b\u65b9\u6cd5\u8ad6\u3002\u7576\u6642\uff0c\u80fd\u529b\u6210\u719f\u5ea6\u6a21\u578b\uff08CMM\uff09\u8207ITIL\u662f\u6d41\u7a0b\u5c0e\u5411\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u6d41\u884c\u8da8\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u601d\u60f3\u9818\u8896\u9078\u64c7\u5f9e\u4eba\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u4ee4\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u9a5a\u8a1d\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u76f8\u4fe1\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u5718\u968a\u4e2d\u7684\u5408\u9069\u4eba\u9078\uff08<strong>\u500b\u4eba<\/strong>\uff09\u4e26\u5354\u52a9\u4ed6\u5011\u6709\u6548\u5408\u4f5c\uff08<strong>\u4e92\u52d5<\/strong>\uff09\u9060\u6bd4\u9075\u5faa\u4efb\u4f55\u7279\u5b9a\u6d41\u7a0b\u548c\/\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u7279\u5b9a\u5de5\u5177\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4ed6\u5011\u5c07\u91cd\u9ede\u653e\u5728\u5de6\u5074\uff1a\u500b\u4eba\u8207\u4e92\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53ef\u904b\u4f5c\u7684\u8edf\u9ad4\u52dd\u65bc\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u6587\u4ef6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">\u5728\u50b3\u7d71\u6216\u7011\u5e03\u5f0f\u8edf\u9ad4\u958b\u767c\u4e2d\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u6703\u82b1\u8cbb\u5927\u91cf\u6642\u9593\u6536\u96c6\u9700\u6c42\u4e26\u958b\u767c\u8a2d\u8a08\u8207\u898f\u683c\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u5f8c\u671f\u624d\u5efa\u7acb\u51fa\u5177\u9ad4\u6210\u679c\u3002\u5ba3\u8a00\u7684\u4f5c\u8005\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u53ef\u904b\u4f5c\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u6bd4\u64c1\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u63cf\u8ff0\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u904b\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u66f4\u5177\u50f9\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5ba2\u6236\u5408\u4f5c\u52dd\u65bc\u5408\u7d04\u8ac7\u5224<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">\u7b2c\u4e09\u9805\u50f9\u503c\u662f\u5ba2\u6236\u5408\u4f5c\u52dd\u65bc\u5408\u7d04\u8ac7\u5224\u2014\u2014\u5176\u4e2d\u5408\u7d04\u8ac7\u5224\u610f\u6307\u722d\u8ad6\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u5305\u542b\u54ea\u4e9b\u5167\u5bb9\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u807d\u5230\u985e\u4f3c\u300c\u90a3\u4e26\u4e0d\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u6587\u4ef6\u4e2d\u300d\u7684\u8aaa\u6cd5\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u601d\u60f3\u9818\u8896\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u8207\u5ba2\u6236\u5408\u4f5c\u4ee5\u4ea4\u4ed8\u4ed6\u5011\u771f\u6b63\u9700\u8981\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u9060\u6bd4\u5176\u4ed6\u4e8b\u60c5\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56de\u61c9\u8b8a\u66f4\u52dd\u65bc\u9075\u5faa\u8a08\u756b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">\u7b2c\u56db\u4e14\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u9805\u654f\u6377\u50f9\u503c\u662f\u56de\u61c9\u8b8a\u66f4\u52dd\u65bc\u9075\u5faa\u8a08\u756b\u3002\u4f5c\u8005\u5011\u540c\u610f\u898f\u5283\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u2014\u2014\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u654f\u6377\u5718\u968a\u6703\u9032\u884c\u5927\u91cf\u898f\u5283\u3002\u4f46\u9019\u4e9b\u601d\u60f3\u9818\u8896\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u61c9\u5c0d\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u8b8a\u66f4\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u6bd4\u5805\u6301\u5728\u5c08\u6848\u521d\u671f\uff08\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4ecd\u6709\u9650\u6642\uff09\u6240\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u8a08\u756b\u66f4\u70ba\u95dc\u9375\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u5ba3\u8a00\u4e2d\u7684\u6240\u6709\u50f9\u503c\u7686\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4f46\u5de6\u5074\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u512a\u5148\u65bc\u53f3\u5074\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 href=\"https:\/\/www.visual-paradigm.com\/scrum\/agile-manifesto-and-agile-principles\/\">\u5341\u4e8c\u9805\u654f\u6377\u539f\u5247<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u9019\u56db\u9805\u654f\u6377\u50f9\u503c\u5916\uff0c\u654f\u6377\u5ba3\u8a00\u7684\u4f5c\u8005\u5011\u4e5f\u540c\u610f\u4e00\u7d44<a href=\"https:\/\/agilemanifesto.org\/principles.html\">\u5341\u4e8c\u9805\u654f\u6377\u539f\u5247<\/a>\uff0c\u9019\u6210\u70ba\u654f\u6377\u5de5\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u4e0d\u5982\u56db\u9805\u654f\u6377\u50f9\u503c\u5ee3\u70ba\u4eba\u77e5\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u8a8d\u70ba\u5341\u4e8c\u9805\u654f\u6377\u539f\u5247\u66f4\u5177\u5be6\u7528\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u654f\u6377\u5be6\u8e10\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u6307\u5f15\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
